How do I inquire about your services?
There are multiple ways to reach me with questions or service inquiries! You can email me at blyssfuldesign@gmail.com, direct message me on Instagram, or if you click on the Contact heading above, you will find a form that you can fill out. This will give me a better idea as to your deadline, what services you are looking for, and what materials you would like to include.
What is your Turn Around Time ?
The time it takes to complete your order is based on various factors such as the length of each piece, complexity, design of the job, and our current schedule. We will always do our best to meet your deadline! Please let us know with a minimum of 2 months in advance if you are putting in a large order for a special event (ie: 100+ envelopes to address).
Do you accept Rush Orders?
Here at Blyssful Designs we are more than happy to do rush jobs if our schedule permits. Rush fees are based on the quantity of your order and our current schedule. Please message us directly at blyssfuldesign@gmail.com for rush order pricing.
How does Payment work?
For smaller orders (under $100), payment will be due in full once we decide on a design but before we begin creating your custom piece. For larger orders ($100 and over) we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit before starting to create your custom piece. We will set up an invoice for you through Paypal. If you decide to have your piece shipped to you, shipping charges will be factored into the total, as well as delivery fees within close proximity. Please note that shipping is not as costly if you choose UPS Ground of Priority Mail. We will always factor in one of those methods into your total unless you have requested for a faster shipping method or a local delivery.
Do you have a Return Policy?
Due to the custom nature of the work, and the fact that all of our calligraphy and hand lettering is done by hand, we do not accept returns. There may be slight variations in color, size, style, centering, spacing, and margins throughout the order. We will always do our best to make everything as perfect as possible, and will not start on your project until you approve the finalized digital design.
